Good health in body and mind is the result of balance and attention to different layers of life: mental and emotional aspects, nutritional, motor, and spiritual. Many times our attention will go to an area where it is easy for us or where we are successful. It is easy, it brings results but also neglects other vital areas. The balance is disturbed and our health and happiness are harmed. I see every person as a world and filled with his or her own needs and uniqueness and out of such a place therapy can succeed. At the site you will find vital and diverse information for a healthy life and information about the treatments, classes, and workshops that I offer.
Welcome, Zohar Wilson.
